Coquito Recipe: Virgin Iced Coquito Latte

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz evaporated milk
  • 2 oz condensed milk
  • 2 oz cream of coconut
  • 3 oz espresso, chilled
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Cinnamon and sugar for rim (optional)

Method
 

  1. Brew espresso using your preferred method and chill in fridge until cooled, about an hour.
  2. Combine evaporated milk, condensed milk, cream of coconut, espresso, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously.
  3. Strain out ice and pour into glass prepared with an optional cinnamon and sugar rim. (To prepare the rim, wet the rim of the glass and dip into a mixture of cinnamon and sugar until coated).
  4. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired. Enjoy!
