Method
- Brew espresso using your preferred method and chill in fridge until cooled, about an hour.
- Combine evaporated milk, condensed milk, cream of coconut, espresso, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously.
- Strain out ice and pour into glass prepared with an optional cinnamon and sugar rim. (To prepare the rim, wet the rim of the glass and dip into a mixture of cinnamon and sugar until coated).
- Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired. Enjoy!
