Ingredients
Method
- Brew your espresso using your preferred method, whether an espresso machine or a moka pot. If making a cold drink, do this step in advance and allow the espresso to chill in the fridge for a few hours.
- Put half a cup of oat milk in your frother, or froth using whatever method you choose. Be sure to create hot foam if your drink is hot and cold foam if you’re making a cold drink.
- Combine half a cup of oat milk with the espresso, lavender syrup, and honey. Stir or shake ingredients together. I used a cocktail shaker to make mine, but stirring works just as well.
- Pour mixture into glass or mug and top with the foam. Enjoy!
Notes
I prefer my lattes lightly sweetened and flavored, so this recipe delivers that kind of a drink. Feel free to add an extra shot of lavender syrup or honey if your taste is different than mine!
