Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz silver tequila
  • 3 oz lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz aquafaba

Method
 

  1. Follow this easy simple syrup recipe to make the syrup.
  2. Combine ingredients and some ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Straining the ice out, pour into a cocktail glass. You can add ice to your cocktail glass, but I opted to drink mine chilled and straight up.
