For a super filling and substantial snack, try an egg white omelette packed with your favorite veggies. I like broccoli, but you could do onion and pepper, or even spinach. One egg white is 17 calories, so you can probably have two or three depending on the calorie count of your chosen veggie.
I love Babybel cheese! They are delicious, and they come wrapped in wax, which is so satisfying to peel off. A regular cheese is 70 calories, but the light version is only 50 – which means you can enjoy two.
