This Easter tablescape inspiration actually came together thanks to an egg cup! I found some pretty glass egg cups in the front of Target where they have all the deals – just $1 apiece. They came in three different colors, but my favorite is the pink glass, which looks very similar to depression glass. I purchased four and found inspiration for these simple Easter tablescape ideas using my favorite depression glass serving pieces.
To start, I used the floral side of my reversible placemats, which you may recognize from my DIY fabric placemats tutorial. These were an easy sewing project for a beginner!
My dinner plates are my pink glass plates, which aren’t depression glass, but they are the same color. I laid a pink napkin over each before stacking these gorgeous lacey milk glass plates, which are a staple for me. I also laid out my favorite gold bamboo silverware, an Amazon purchase. The drinking glasses are my favorite cocktail glasses, my vintage cristal D’Arques-Durand glasses, which I thrifted.
The egg cups from Target were filled with some gorgeous alabaster eggs, which I love to decorate with every Easter. I have them in a variety of colors, but I selected pink and yellow to match this setup.
Between each place setting I placed a different circular Depression glass serving dish. These are part of my collection, and they are dear to my heart. The bird dish is my favorite, a gift from my Aunt Bonnie.
At the center of the table is a handmade floral arrangement, which contains some pink roses. To each side of the florals are some incredible teacup candlesticks. I handmade these myself from thrifted finds, and I think they came out so darling! When lit, the candle really glows through the thin white teacups, creating a beautiful effect.
I hope you enjoyed this Easter tablescape! I have been feeling very inspired lately to create my own beautiful serving pieces, so stay tuned for some DIY projects, plus more beautiful tablescapes.
